Tajikistan. Introduction of the Unique Coding System

On 10 July 2008 a roundtable on "Registration of patients and services with the Unique Identifier Code while providing anonymous medical help” took place in Dushanbe. The roundtable was organized by the working group under the MoH within the frames of DDRP Project/USAID. The Roundtable participants were MoH representatives, as well as specialists from Drug Control and Drug-use prevention Center, AIDS centers and a number of international organizations including OSI, CAPACITY, WB.

As a result of the meeting it was decided that Medical statistics Center will initiate a series of training on the use of database for patients and services registration on the city and oblast levels.
